INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29(1) & (2) of the listing regulation, it is hereby notified that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 2nd November 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September 2018.

It is further notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of IndianOil would remain closed from 17th October 2018 to 4th November 2018 for all connected persons as per Insider Trading code of the Company. The Insider Trading Code is hosted on Company's website www.iocl.com.
