Hello, friends! I'm Kumarpal Shah, currently serving as the Zonal Head for Gujarat & MP at MNCL. Monarch has been my second home for over 14 years now. My responsibilities entail driving both direct and alternate channels to acquire new business and foster deeper relationships across broking, wealth, and third-party products. I lead a team of individuals who operate as entrepreneurs in their own right, each dedicated to their respective projects. Together, we collaborate, share our insights, constantly seek ways to enhance the customer experience, support the growth of our business partners, and celebrate our collective achievements.
