PTC India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 15, 2017 to September 25, 2017(both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 25, 2017 & Payment of dividend
