Multiple Mailing : Multiple mailings would occur if the shares of the Company are held in multiple folio having identical / same address. Shareholders having identical / same address may opt for receiving single copy of Annual Report for multiple folio. The Shareholders are requested to send their written request to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents - Skyline Financial Services Private Limited indicating their Folio nos. / Client ID / DP ID.

Criteria of making payments to Non-Executive Directors : Non-Executive Directors shall be entitled to receive remuneration by way of sitting fees, reimbursed travelling and out of pocket expenses for participation in each meeting of the Board of Directors and Committee thereof. However none of the Non-Executive Directors are paid any remuneration or sitting fees.
