POLICY FOR PROCEDURE OF INQUIRY IN CASE OF LEAK OF
Attention Investors: 1.Prevent Unauthorised transactions in your account. Update your mobile numbers/email IDs with your stock brokers. Receive information of your transactions directly from Exchange on your mobile/email at the end of the day. Issued in the interest of investors. 2.Attention Investors: Prevent Unauthorized Transactions in your Demat account - Update your Mobile Number with your Depository Participant. Receive alerts for debit and other important transactions from CDSL/NSDL on the same day on your Registered Mobile. 3.Disclaimer – MNCL is engaged in PRO Trading and as a Market Maker on BSE-SME Segment. 4.There is no assurance or guarantee of the returns and clients/investors remain vigilant from dealing in any schemes of unauthorised collective investments/portfolio management, indicative/ guaranteed/fixed returns / payments etc.
SEBI Notification: (1) KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets-once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (Broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), You need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary.
