The benchmark indices are trading flat with negative bias in the late morning session. Sectoral indices are trading on a mixed note with Bank, Metals and Pharma trading lower while IT and FMCG gained.

On the corporate front, the shares of Khadim India Limited jumped 18 per cent thus extending its rally for third straight day after the company announced, on Tuesday, the opening up of a subsidiary in Bangladesh.

At 11:24 hours, the SENSEX was trading at 37088.01 down by -16.27 points or by -0.04 per cent and then NSE Nifty was at 10968.8 down by -14 points or by -0.13 per cent. The BSE Sensex touched intraday high of 37244.34 and intraday low of 37000.09 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 11023.85 and intraday low of 10945.75.

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex were Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (Rs. 6470.50,+1.23%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1472.90,+1.06%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 547.50,+1.05%), ICICI Bank Ltd. (Rs. 406.70,+0.98%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1062.70,+0.75%), among others.

The top losers of the BSE Sensex were YES Bank Ltd. (Rs. 64.75,-4.71%), Tata Steel Ltd. (Rs. 358.45,-1.66%), Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Rs. 343.10,-1.25%), Tata Motors Ltd. (Rs. 58.00,-1.02%), State Bank of India (Rs. 283.95,-1.01%), among others.
