We hereby give notice that a meeting of the board of directors of the company is being convened on Tuesday, the 23rd January, 2018, to consider and approve inter alia, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 31st December, 2017.Further we would like to inform you that as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Fair Disclosure of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from 21st December 2017 and will remain closed upto 25th January, 2018 (both days inclusive).
