Sub: Allotment of shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

This is to inform that the company has allotted 42,441 (Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty One) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on September 8, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
