Board Meeting on 14th September, 2017 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.


Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from September 8, 2017 to September 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
