Petronet LNG Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Change in Director(s) of the company.In terms of the Regulation 30 (4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform that Shri Subhash Kumar has been appointed as Director (Finance) of the Company w.e.f. 5th August, 2017 and Shri Arun Kumar Mishra ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 14th August, 2017.
