Indraprastha Gas Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 20, 2017 to September 28, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on September 28, 2017 and ascertaining the eligibility for payment of dividend .
