Corrigendum to the Notice of Annual General MeetingWe draw attention of all the members of Petronet LNG Limited (the company) towards the notice dated August 14, 2017 convening the 19th Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on, Friday, the 15th day of September, 2017 at 10.00 A.M at Manekshaw Centre, Khyber Lines, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi, 110010.This corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the notice of the 19th Annual General Meeting; Item No. 6 of the said Notice RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, and rules made thereunder M/s T.R. Chadha & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants (Regn. No. 006711N), New Delhi be and hereby appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General meeting at a remuneration of Rs. 10.50 (Rupees Ten Lacs and Fifty Thousand) plus out of pocket expenses and applicable service tax. Be replaced as:RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder M/s T R Chadha & Co LLP Chartered Accountants (Regn. No. 006711N/N500028), New Delhi be and hereby appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting, at a remuneration of Rs. 10.50 (Rupees Ten Lacs and Fifty Thousand) plus out of pocket expenses and applicable tax for the FY 2017-18, and as may be decided by the board for the forthcoming financial years. The attached Corrigendum is being sent by e- mail and also despatched by post (to those Shareholders whose e- mail IDs are not registered) to all the shareholders to whom the Notice of Annual General Meeting has been already sent.The said Corrigendum is also being published in newspapers and being uploaded in website of the Company, on the 24th August, 2017.
