This is to inform that by an order dated March 27, 2023, the Mumbai Bench of the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal has directed meetings to be held of the Secured and Unsecured Creditors of the Company.In pursuance of the Tribunal Order and as directed therein and in compliance with theapplicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that meetings of the Secured and Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held through video conferencing / other audio visual means on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
