Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Company has, through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Ltd., received on Wednesday, the 23/11/2022, intimation of loss of Share Certificate and request for issue of duplicate Share Certificate from the shareholder, details of which is mentioned in our letter attached.
