HINDUSTAN APPLIANCES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 14th November, 2022 to consider and approve inter alia the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.\r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange that, the Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 16th November, 2022 i.e. the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.\r\n
