Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company???s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trades in securities by designated persons, please note that the trading window to deal in securities of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2022 till the expiry of two days after the dissemination of the financial results for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2022.
