We hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 1,48,816 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 29th September, 2022 pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under the ESOP Schemes as per the applicable regulations. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 6,65,51,78,440 to Rs. 6,65,66,66,600.
