Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Anant Upadhyay, Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 20, 2022. Accordingly, ceased from the membership of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
