The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 8.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.66 per cent at Rs 206.76 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 181.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.92 per cent to Rs 190.49 crore from Rs 162.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.00 per cent at Rs 2.52 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 2.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.27 per cent to Rs 16.28 crore as against Rs 18.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.62 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.89 crore, while Taxation decreased by 13.39 per cent at Rs 3.04 crore (Mar'21 Rs 3.51 crore).
