Approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 and;\r\n\r\n2. Recommend a final dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.\r\n\r\nKindly take the same on your record.
