General Insurance Corporation of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022, through Video Conference, inter alia:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results ( standalone and consolidated) for the quarter /year ended March 31, 2022;

2. To consider and recommend Dividend on the equity shares of the Corporation for the financial year 2021-22, if any;

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & amendments thereto, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading-2022 and with respect to intimation for closure of trading window submitted to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of lndia Limited vide letter dated March 30, 2022, the trading window is under closure from April 01, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2022.
