General Insurance Corporation Of Indiahas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of SEBI LODR, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the corporation is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27.05.2022, through VC, inter alia: 1.To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the period ended 31.03.2022; 2.To consider and recommend Dividend on the equity shares of the Corporation for the FY 2021-22, if any; 3. To transact any other matter which the Board may deem fit.
