In terms of communication dated 18.05.2022 received from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG), it is informed that Shri Amar Nath, IAS (Additional Secretary, MoP&NG) has been relieved from MoP&NG w.e.f. 13.05.2022 to take up his next assignment. \r\nAccordingly, Shri Amar Nath ceases to be Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Company, being co-terminus with his position in MOP&NG. \r\nThe above is for your information & records please.\r\n
