Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend at the rate of Rs.3.00 per share (150%) of face value of Rs. 2/- each on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 83rd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
