City Union Bank Limited has informed the Exchange about cessation of R Mohan as Chairperson of the company w.e.f. 03-May-2022. He will continue to act as an Independent Director on the Board of the Bank upto 27.06.2022 in term of the shareholders approval dated 23rd August, 2017.
