Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (\Listing Regulations\), this is to inform you that Mrs. Ritu Tiwary, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The Company has accepted her resignation and she shall cease to be the Company Secretary w.e.f. April 8, 2022. \r\n\r\nConsequent to her resignation, she also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. \r\n\r\nIn due course, Ms. Shirisha Myadam, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company will act as a Compliance Officer of the Company till the appointment of Company Secretary.
