IFB Industries Limited has informed the Exchange about Closure of trading window In terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st April, 2022 for Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives.The Trading Window will open 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending on 31st March, 2022.
