This is to inform you that the Company has allotted 8,00,000 equity shares at Rs. 18/- each to the public category shareholders in correspondence to conversion of share warrants into equity shares through preferential issue dated 26.03.2022 due to such allotment percentage of M/S RMS MOSQUTO PRIVATE LIMITED, Promoter of the Company has been varied from 6.66% to 6.25%. Accordingly, Please find enclosed disclosures form as required under regulation 29(2) of the SAST Regulations.
