HINDUSTAN APPLIANCES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 14th February, 2022 to review, consider and approve the UnAudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 along with Limited Review Report.\r\n\r\nFurther, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange that, the Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.
