Please note that, the Company has fixed Thursday, November 11, 2021, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2021-2022, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.

Upon approval by the Board of Directors, the dividend will be paid within the prescribed time limit.
