The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 11.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.06 per cent at Rs 122.26 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.78 per cent to Rs 112.08 crore from Rs 85.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 77.27 per cent at Rs 3.90 crore versus (Sep'20 Rs 2.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 50.17 per cent to Rs 10.18 crore as against Rs 20.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.04 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 34.11 per cent at Rs 3.38 crore (Sep'20 Rs 5.13 crore).
