This is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances and difficulties faces in view of the Covid-19 pandemic the company is unable to hold its 27th Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2020-2021 which is scheduled on 30th September, 2021.

Further we wish to inform you that under section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, The Registrar of Companies, (ROC) Mumbai has been grant the approval for extension of holding Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended on 31-03-2021, upto 2 months from the due date of the AGM to all the companies which fall under their jurisdiction.

The company will hold its 27th AGM for the Financial Year 2019-2020 on 30th October, 2021.

The revised book closure date will be intimated to the Exchange in due course.
