Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the Twentieth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 30th day of September, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio - Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, to transact the business as set-forth in the Notice convening the said AGM.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2020-21, which are being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company, whose e-mail IDs are registered with Depositories/the Company/the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. The Annual Report and Notice for the Financial Year 2020-21 is also available on the Website of the Company i.e. www.a2zgroup.co.in.
