LLP (Formerly walker, Chandiok & Co) Chartered Accountant (FRN: 001076N/N500013), For a term of 5 consecutive years, to hold the office from the conclusion of 20th AGM up to the conclusion of 25th AGM of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing AGM.
