Intimation of the decisions taken in the Seventh Meeting of Committee of Creditors( COC ) of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited under Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding approval for raising of interim finance from members of CoC .
