Further to our letter dated 10th July, 2021, we enclose, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the following, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today, i.e. 24th July, 2021:

(i) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021;

(ii) Unaudited Segment-wise Revenue, Results, Assets and Liabilities of the Company, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021; and

(iii) Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors, Messrs. S R B C & CO LLP, on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.

The meeting commenced at 5.20 p.m. and concluded at 7.35 p.m.
