Consequent to change of Nominee Director by NHPC Limited (NHPC), Shri Harjeet Singh Puri, Nominee Director of NHPC (DIN- 08918860), has ceased to be a Director on the Board of PTC India Ltd. w.e.f. 15-07-2021.
