(IST) through Video Conferencing ( VC ) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in conformity with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ( the Act ) and the Rules thereunder read with the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Further please note that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2021 to August 6, 2021 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2020-2021, to be held on August 6, 2021.'.
