Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015),it is hereby informed that the Company has obtained credit rating from Fitch Ratings which has assigned a 'BBB-' rating to the
Company's international bonds (Senior unsecured notes) and foreign-currency guaranteed notes issued by subsidiaries of the Company.
