Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that consequent upon transfer from 'Additional Chief Secretary, Energy & Petrochemicals Department, Government of Gujarat (GoG)' to 'Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice & Empowerment Department, GoG', Smt. Sunaina Tomar, IAS, (DIN:03435543), Chairperson of the Company, has tendered resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company vide her Letter dated 14/06/2021, with immediate effect.
In view of above, Smt. Sunaina Tomar, IAS (DIN:03435543) ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 14/06/2021.
