Members are hereby informed that Mr. Nitin Dabriwal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has been resigned from the employment of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2021.

The Board has accepted his resignation in the meeting of Board of Directors held on May 28, 2021. Further, the Company is in search of suitable candidate to fill-up the vacancy caused due to the resignation of Compliance Officer.
