In terms of Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we submit herewith a compliance certificate with regard to maintenance of share transfer facility (both physical and electronic) of the Company during half year ended 31st March, 2021, duly signed by the Director and the authorized representative of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.
