1. Appointment of Mr. Girish Mehta (DIN: 00048002) as a Non-Executive Director (Additional Director) of the Company, with effect from April 21, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

2. Appointment of Mr. Sunil Sikka (DIN: 08063385) as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of the Company for a period of five years, effective April 21, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
