Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Bhakti Sharma has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from close of working hours of March 02, 2021, due to personal reasons. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CFR/CFD/CM D/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
