We refer to our letter dated February 1, 2021 and February 13, 2021 regarding Board Meeting to consider and approve the UFR (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended Dec 31, 2020.
In this regard, we would like to state that the Meeting for approval of UFR (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended Dec 31, 2020 which was scheduled on February 13, 2021 was adjourned due to unavoidable circumstances due to Covid-19 and the same was re-scheduled on February 24, 2021.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on today, discussed and approved the following:
1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020;
2. Limited review report on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results;
