Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 and Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Apis India Limited ("the Company") at their meeting held today i.e. February 13, 2021, has, inter - alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 under Ind-AS alongwith Limited Review Reports (LRRs) thereon.
