ABB India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 22, 2021 to April 28, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 28, 2021.

The dividend, if declared at the 71st Annual General Meeting, will be paid on and from April 30, 2021.
