Anjani Foods Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2020.

Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and connected persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window of the Company was closed from Friday, January 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results.
