Anjani Foods Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A board meeting is scheduled to be held on 30.01.2021 (Saturday) to consider the appointment of CFO of the company.
