In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have passed resolution in its meeting held today i.e. Friday 15, 2021 approving, inter alia, the Appointment of Ms. Menika Garg as an 'Independent Director' of the Company.
